Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out on BuffaloMigration.com are the Rules (“Rules”) and apply to any offers and competitions on BuffaloMigration.com, including the Buffalo Migration promotion (“the Promotion”) and the Buffalo Migration competition to win a VIP Buffalo Trace Distillery Tour (“the Competition”), unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering any area of the Promotion or Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

  2. The Promotion and Competition is organised by Hi-Spirits Ltd, 45 Cambridge Road, Walton on Thames, KT12 2DP (“the Promoter”).
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion, Competition or the Rules without notice in the event that the Promotion, Competition or the awarding of prizes is rendered impossible due to reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion or Competition, the decision of Hi-Spirits shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  5. The closing date of the Promotion is 30/6/2012. Any requests for prizes (“Supplies”, “Corks” and “Loot”) must be received by 15/7/2012.
  6. The closing date of the Competition is 15/09/2012. All entries must be received by this date.

    7. Qualifying Entrants

  7. All venues that enter the Promotion must be On Trade premises. Furthermore, all individual entrants that enter the Promotion or Competition must be employed full time by On Trade premises.
  8. The Promotion is open to residents of the Mainland UK, aged 18 years or over.
  9. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific Promotion or Competition offers, e.g. a valid passport, visas and/or driver’s licence will be required if the Promotion prize includes travel outside the United Kingdom and/or car hire. These requirements remain the responsibility of the entrant.
  10. By entering the Promotion the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not eligibly or has breached any of the Rules. The Promoter further retains the right to refuse any improper entrant. Improper claims made outside the terms of this agreement will disqualify the entrant from the programme in its entirety.
  12. Entrants must have the written permission of the Promoter to transfer Corks from one venue to another or to collect Corks as a group.

    13. Promotion Entries

  13. Promotion entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date and time specified on the BuffaloMigration.com. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

    14. Prizes

  14. All Supplies and Loot as published are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Supplies and Loot of equal or greater value at any time. Supplies and Loot are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  15. The Supplies, Corks and Loot are awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and no Supplies, Corks or Loot will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of corks subject to satisfactory verification by a representative of the Promoter.
  16. The 4/5 Day VIP Buffalo Trace Distillery Tour to Kentucky USA (“the Competition Prize”) includes hotel accommodation, flights and transfers, insurance, taxes and all meals as outlined in the itinerary and is only available between 13th and 17th October 2010 (dates to be confirmed). Any other expenses remain the sole responsibility of the prize winner unless specifically stated.
  17. The Competition Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. The Competition Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Competition Prize is awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and it will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

    18. Liability

  18. The Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
